Notes:

The 2007 vintage in the Yakima Valley provided this perfectly ripened, old-vine, cool-climate, family-farmed Yakima Valley fruit. Classic Cabernet Sauvignon (perhaps even Bordeaux-like) aromas and flavors of fresh cherries and roasted red peppers, refreshingly balanced, enjoyable now, or suitable for some time in the cellar.
