  • "Animale 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Yakima Valley AVA - Winemaker/owner Matt Gubitosa crafts superb, varietally pure wines at his micro winery in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. He knows each of the growers and personally selects the grapes at perfect ripeness for his ripe and flavorful style. This Cabernet hails from the venerable Crawford Vineyard in the Yakima Valley and offers ripe aromas and flavors of dark cherry, blueberry, dried herbs and earthy mineral - tasty with our entrée of steak and mushrooms."
