For the 2007 vintage wines ANIMALE welcomed the contributions of two new Seattle-area label artists: Cheryl King, whose painting graces the new Petit Verdot label, and Ken Brookner, whose work is on the Petite Sirah label. In contributing their work to ANIMALE labels, Cheryl and Ken join Linnea Granryd, whose imaginative "Rip Art" is now also on the new Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. 2007 Petite Sirah - Yakima Valley

These four 2007 vintage wines were available to ANIMALE Wine Collective and winery/winery website visitors only: The "Convivium" Red Wine, a hearty but unorthodox blend; along with the Reserve Syrah, and Reserve Petite Sirah, which are both exceptionally heavy and extracted examples of the varietals. And we a very pleased to present the very first ANIMALE white wine, the 2007 Oregon Chardonnay. All glass-fermented, this is a crisp and tangy white, more like a fine Chablis or white Burgundy than almost any North American Chardonnay. 2007 "Convivium" - Oregon-Washington
